Please when enrolling your child online make sure to press enroll student not update student. If you have already pressed update please look for an email of rejection and go back in and enroll them. You should be able to see the documents that need filled out in step 3.
Enrollment begins tomorrow from 9:00-2:00. All PreK students, NEW Students Grades K-4, and all 5th-6th Grade students last names A-K will meet in the Middle School due to construction in the Elementary Office. Current students in grades K-4 will only need to complete the online enrollment. All 7-12 students last names A-K will meet in the High School.
Reminder students entering the 7th Grade must have a TDap. Please bring a copy of shot records to enrollment.

Cross Country: There will be an informational meeting in the new gym on Thursday, July 20 at 5:30 pm for any student in grades 1-12 interested in cross country for this fall. Parents are encouraged to attend.
The summertime OSSAA dead week period is July 1 - July 9, 2023. During this time, student-athletes cannot participate in school athletic activities.
• Secondary-level students enrolled or pre-enrolled students at a member school may not use any member school’s athletic facilities during the dead period in connection with any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA.
• Member school coaches, assistant coaches, and sponsors may not have any contact with secondary-level enrolled or pre-enrolled students in that member school in any athletic activity governed by the OSSAA for the purpose of coaching, training or instructing.
Sports physicals at Great Salt Plains will be in Medford:
June 29: 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. A bus will take any student needing a ride. Bus leaves at 12:30 pm from the new gym.
July 7: 8:00 am-12:00 pm. No bus will be provided due to OSSAA dead week.
Physicals forms can be picked up at summer pride or printed off the OSSAA website.

PARENTS MUST SIGN THE PHYSICAL FORM PRIOR TO STUDENTS GETTING A PHYSICAL.
All students MUST HAVE a physical on file before they participate in a practice.
PHYSICAL EXAMS ARE MANDATORY FOR STUDENT ATHLETES IN GRADES 7-12
5/6 students are not required to have a physical exam.
The Miss Pond Creek Hunter Organization has decided to add another division to this years pageant.
Little Miss Pond Creek-Hunter is open to PCH girls entering the 2nd or 3rd grade.
Informational parent meeting for all divisions (Miss PCH-(Sr Only), Miss PCH High-(9-11th) and Little Miss PCH) is scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 6:30pm @ the PCH school cafeteria.
