Even if your child is a concurrent student please have them attend the first day of school at 8am so they can attend varies meeting.

Friendly reminder about the new state law regarding cell phone ban. This will be bell to bell and will include personal electronic devices such as smart watches and headphones/earbuds or any electronic device not issued by the school.

Parents if you have not done so please get online and enroll your child before school starts tomorrow. We have open house tonight from 4-6. Just to make everyone aware our new school hours will be 8-3:05. We are excited to see everyone for the new school year!

Parents, you are now able to get on the school website and enroll your child. Current Kindergarten-5th grade enrollment is all online ONLY. New Pre-k-5th and All students 6th-12th with last name that starts with A-L will be Aug 5th, 8AM-1PM. Students with the last name M-Z will be Aug 6th 8AM-1PM. If possible please have online enrollment done prior to coming in the day of enrollment. While students have the option to use a free school-issued backpack/satchel, you may instead provide your own backpack for your child if you wish. To do so, please complete the form at the link below and return it to the office. Approval is subject to the HS secretary’s review, and the bag must provide adequate laptop protection. 2024-2025 Yearbooks are available to order online from Tuesday, July 15 - Thursday, July 31. During this period, yearbooks will be $45 each. Pond Creek-Hunter Gymnasium Usage PSA
The Pond Creek-Hunter gymnasium is a valuable resource provided for the development and enrichment of our students. Access to this facility is a privilege, not a right—and one that we are fortunate to have. With that privilege comes responsibility. Misuse of the gym can result in loss of access for individuals or groups.
Appropriate Use:
The gym is intended primarily for individual basketball skill development and other approved athletic training. We strongly encourage students to make use of the facility for these purposes.
Prohibited Activities:
To preserve the safety, integrity, and purpose of the gym, the following are not allowed:
• Playing games such as hide and seek or manhunt
• Loitering or using the gym as a hangout spot
• Allowing students from other communities to access the gym without explicit permission from PCH administration
Access Guidelines
Only authorized PCH students who have been vetted for gym use may access the facility. Allowing access with others students not approved is strictly prohibited.
We ask all students to treat this facility with respect and to follow these guidelines diligently. Do not abuse this privilege. Your cooperation ensures that the gym remains a safe, productive, and beneficial space for everyone.
